Every appartement consists of a double room, a large living-room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom/WC.

Besides every appartement has also a TV color a balcony part south with garden furniture and a wonderful view to the Sassolungo. There is a parking space in the garage for your car, too.

The appartements are as new (10 years old) and therefore furnished very comfortable and agreeable.

The linen are available, you have to take towels and table linen.

Our location is quiet and nevertheless centrally and very sunny.

 

 

 

 

The skibus is starting before our front door and will take you to the Col Raiser and in an only 5 minutes walk you will reach the Ruaccia-Ciampinoi railway.
